We are a Dholera focused information and investment platform. The whole business is one region, which is unusual, and it is the reason we can tell you things a general property agent cannot.

Most people arrive at Dholera through a price. We would rather you arrived through the plan, because a price you cannot interpret is not information.

We work on one region. That is the whole business, and it is why we can tell you which town planning scheme a plot sits in without looking it up.

You get the plan, the current status and the risks before you get a price. Including the parts that argue against buying.
Location understanding
Where a plot sits inside the plan, what is actually built around it today, and what is still a drawing.
Investment guidance
We help you judge an option against your budget and your horizon, not ours. If Dholera does not suit either, we will say so.
Site visits
Come and stand on it. Walk the road widths, check the distances yourself. Nothing on a screen replaces that.
We will not quote you a return figure. Nobody can know one, and the people who give you one are the people to walk away from.
Who we work with
Nextera and Palacio Estate.
We work alongside Palacio Estate on projects in and around Dholera SIR. Some of the developments on this site carry their name, and we show them under it rather than rebadging them.
Where a project carries the Palacio Estate name, the paperwork will too. We think you should know that before you see the documents, not after.

Project images across this site are artist impressions of planned developments. Where we show a photograph of something that exists, we say so.
